When I hear really bad news I laugh
After finding these ancient paragraphs
I laughed for an hour and a half
And I kissed your photograph
The rise and fall of the tide
Rolls hand in hand
With the fate of man
And now I can understand why
Our Mother Earth is going to get hit by some serious shit
So bunker up and hunker down and tell your loved ones
To find higher ground you don’t wanna be left swimming
When this thing comes round….
It’s better to be safe than sorry than on the outside looking in
Though I’d much more enjoy seeing everything get destroyed
I’d find more joy in that than in helping to build it back up again
Because I am one of those weaker men…
Won’t you dare to be stronger than your enemy?
Think it fair to spare their life when they retreat
When you dare to be bigger than the machine
That’s when nothing can stop or steel your dream
