Justice versus power...
It's the struggle of our time
The haves vs. the have-nots
Those who get meals served to them
While the rest of us wait
at the back of the breadline
Justice versus power...
I don't have to say
Which side usually wins
Some day when I get my way
The game is gonna change
And a new game is gonna begin:
I hold the final piece
that completes the puzzle
in my hand
I hold the key
to the kingdom and get
to divide the land
I hold a grudge against no one
I'm quick to forgive and understand
I hold myself accountable
to me that's what it means to be a man
That makes me the king...
That's why I'm the king...
When they asked me to be the king
I said, "I have a couple of conditions
before I say that it's a sure thing..."
So long as you keep the crown,
the throne, the scepter and the ring....
My suggestion is to add another jester
And maybe someone who could sing
