There’s hate crimes
Going on all the time
In the early morning
In the middle of the night
It’s white on black
It’s black on white
No matter the color
They still fight
There’s hate crimes
Problem’s rising out of sight
People losing track
Of what’s wrong and what’s right
Just because the come
From different sides of the track
Don’t no one give an inch
No one ever steps back
It’s right in the open
It’s behind closed doors
Then there’s people like me
Wondering what the reason is for?
