H2OH by Tom Jensen
I don’t hide who I am
I’m not that kinda man...anymore
On what I don’t know
I don’t speak and think slow...for sure
The best place to hide a lie
Is in between two truths
Sometimes pretty eyes can blind you and disguise what otherwise would suffice as proof
When one’s identity seems to be
Seeded in the imitation of mediocrity
To be superior to the inferior
Just makes you average at best
Most often even less
Ten percent of the people
Have ninety percent of the fun
And what’s left for all the rest
Ain’t enough for everyone
Uh Uh
So you know how that goes
You keep it all bottled up
Wait and see when and where it’s gonna explode
Best to keep a safe distance
For there will be blood when this thing goes up
Unless it’s too late and it’s already check mate
Here we all are living in a comatose state
If that’s the case
Then why should we wait?
Let us not hesitate
End all of this debate
Open up the floodgates
Purge and cleanse the earth
Let the H2O flow
Down out all the hate!
