I just felt it - a revelation
From a higher power, a new sensation
Did you feel it? Small vibrations?
A complete focus of concentration
Feeling dizzy - head is spinning
Could this be it? A new beginning?
Not sure why I’m feeling this way
Oh God, please don’t take me away
Hear a lost voice in my hear
Try to listen, words unclear
Wish I knew what it was saying
Almost time to start my praying
Heard something outside rather frightening
Thought it was someone throwing lightening
I just had a heart attack
But my religion just gave me back
Decided not to come and take me away
Down beneath the earth where the devils play
I had the shivers or was it the shakes
Just one more chance and Ill do what it takes
I got the problem and you the cure
I’m so unstable yet you so secure
Did you get the better of me?
I look around but no angels I see
Thank my lucky stars it was just a false alarm
I was never in danger, far away from harm
Must say Ill sleep good tonight
Just one favor can you leave on the light?
