Theme a bar or coffee shop to tom-a-roke which is karaoke based around music made from my lyrics where people can sings my songs. Yippy.
A bar or coffee shop featuring LIVE music playing my songs if a band(s) or musician(s) either covers previously made songs from my lyrics or new songs that they make.
Create a bar or coffee shop called SONGWRITER’S where people come to make music from my lyrics and make videos of themselves speaking my lyrics, etc… link it up to a livestream and let the fun begin! How about audience participation with helping me write lyrics on the spot to make new songs? We can do that...
I link up with one or two individual musicians or bands and dedicate my entire catalog of lyrics to creating four or five killer albums. This requires some up-front money to pay my bills for the time it takes to create previously alluded to killer albums.
Publish either of my two books and promote them. One is a collection of 166 of my best poems and song lyrics and the other is a collection of my best lyrics for making music that I first put out to have musicians make songs for me. It has the poem and then I write a few paragraphs about it. It’s very entertaining and reads like a novel. Many of my songs came from there.
We can make better quality videos to accompany finished songs or spoken word lyrics to make them more attractive and/or marketable.
Have a bunch of celebrities each read a poem and that would be a way to promote my material.
A music house. Set me up in a bed and breakfast type of gig where people can come to make music. I’m a heck of a musical mind, lyricist, song maker-better-er and what not. Come spend a week at song writer camp! I can make YOUR songs better.
Oh yeah, how about a mailing list where I can send you a poem/song a day every day for a ummm….. about two years. That would be fun.
Basically, I have enough material for 4 artists/bands. Somebody can cover the songs I made with Justin and gig out. Somebody else could cover the songs I made with Klaus and gig out. Two (or more) different artists could split what I have left for lyrics to come up with two or three great albums each I'd bet.
I am open to your ideas…
I’m not much into the business side of this and am looking for help. I haven't tried to monetize my talent yet but it is time to do so.
I am also not averse to completely shutting this site down and rebranding under a new name and face - that might be the smartest option because I'm not really a role model by today's standards...
